Alsasua 1936, Helena Taberna (1994)
A recreation of the events that occurred during the Civil War in the working-class village of Alsasua allows us to observe the position of the Church in the face of the war. Through the eyes of the young parish priest, the struggle of a cruel war between brothers is presented and the faith of the ecclesiastical hierarchy in the Gospel becomes evident.
